Guest Chef Chen is currently the Special Assistant to the President and Professor of Professional Practice at the Department of Chinese Culinary Arts in the National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism (国立高雄餐旅大学), Chinese Cuisine Faculty. Chef Chen has also worked in various hotels across Taiwan as an Executive Chef and he has also published several cookbooks featuring a collection of recipes that honour the flavours of traditional Taiwanese food, oil-free cuisine and homemade dishes.
