Danang's Tallest Hotel Set to Open - Wyndham Soleil Danang
The resort destination Danang will soon see the city's tallest hotel to open in the Son Tra district. At 199 metres tall, the 57-storey Wyndham Soleil Danang will be a part of a four-tower complex which will consist of 3,200 apartments, studios and hotel rooms altogether. This five-star property will also be home to extensive conference facilities, a retail and dining precinct as well as recreation parks. Slated to open in September 2018, this US$446 million project is being developed by PPC An Thinh Danang and it will be managed by Wyndham Hotel Asia Pacific Co. Limited.

Wyndham Soleil Danang will feature a coral-inspired façade and a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom guest rooms, each featuring breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains surrounding Danang. Additional offerings will include a restaurant and bar, swimming pools, a gym, a spa, and a health and wellness centre.
There is a new Hyatt Place opening in Bangkok - Hyatt Place Bangkok Sukhumvit 1 (not to be confused with the Hyatt Place Bangkok Sukhumvit near Phrom Phong) - and it has already started to accept stay reservations from 13 January 2025.
