Indulge as the award-winning restaurant, mezza9, gets converted into a farmer's market theme for the day - select from artisan produce and sustainable seafood from the buffet line. Highlighting the spring season, indulgent dishes will include slow-cooked Dorper leg of lamb, an expanded selection of authentic Thai street dishes, organic vegetables from the Cameron Highlands and hot cross buns, all catering to merry-makers of all ages looking for their Easter fill.

Enjoy freshly grilled seafoods and meats in amidst the lush greenery. Oasis at the Grand Hyatt Singapore will transform into a fun house this Easter (2017) that will guarantee to put you right in the mood for celebration! During the special Easter Brunch from 12:00PM to 3:00PM, there will be a play area of toddlers (aged 2-7) and a boutique workshop with clay play and craft for children (aged 8-10) - they will even get to take home specially-designed fun packs!

If you prefer a buffet dinner (5:30PM to 9:30PM) instead, there will be an open theatre movie screening at the gazebo and the menu includes freshly shucked oysters and prawns as well as a range of healthy salads and vegetarian grill – you can even create your own vegetarian noodles! Feast on hearty mains too such as grass-fed Australian sirloin and lamb cutlets, and Spencer Gulf sustainable leader prawns with parsley and garlic. Desserts include assorted Easter eggs and cookies for brunch, and also ice-cream sundae coup for dinner. Kids will have their own menu that includes mini burgers, hot cross buns, and penne in tomato sauce. All these can be paired with free-flowing red and white wine, prosecco, beer, magaritas, chilled juices and soft drinks.
