The opening of the brand new InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay (Singapore's second InterContinental-branded hotel) was first announced in 2014 and it is now finally taking reservations from 01 September 2017. Free nights here at the InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay are priced at the maximum of 60,000 IHG Rewards Club Points per night.
If you are thinking about using your Ambassador Weekend Certificates here at the InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay, redemption is wide open across all room categories at the moment - please find the Best Flexible Rates below for the different room types below as a reference:

- Club InterContinental Studio (23sqm) - S$575++
- Club Deluxe Studio (29sqm) - S$595++

- Quayside Corner Suite (41sqm) - S$685++
- Executive Suite (??sqm) - S$745++
If the information provided on the InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay's website is accurate, then the rooms here are definitely on the smaller side (as compared to the InterContinental Singapore in Bugis which I have stayed on so many occasions). The room rates at the new InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay are also significantly higher and the required number of points per night can rival that of the famous InterContinental Bora Bora Resort Thalasso Spa and the InterContinental Hong Kong.
It is probably not a great idea to burn 60,000 IHG Rewards Club points here for a free night - the average room night is expensive but not expensive enough to justify spending 60,000 points which can easily get you more expensive properties around in the region (check out the best use of IHG Reward Club points for free nights around Singapore HERE!).
