Five New Resorts by Marriott International to Open across Japan in Summer 2017

A partnership between Marriott International and Japan's leading lodging company, Mori Trust Group, has just announced the opening of five resort properties across Japan this summer - these resorts will be located in some of Japan's most scenic destinations and it will give access to lesser-known locations which include the picturesque lake area at the base of Mount Fuji to the Shuzenzi hot springs resort town situated in the Izu Peninsula.

Located in Nagano, less than two hours by train away from central Tokyo, Karuizawa is where city-dwellers find refuge in eco-tours, healing hot springs and local cuisine.
