You Can Now Convert Your DBS Points into Qantas Frequent Flyer Points - Where Could You Go?
Most credit cards points and equivalent miles convert mostly to KrisFlyer (KF) Miles and Asia Miles (AM) in Singapore. It appears that DBS has added Qantas Frequent Flyer (QFF) as a Point Transfer Partner - members can convert their DBS Points into QFF Points at the same rate as KF and AM (5,000 DBS Points = 10,000 Miles).

At the time of writing, the only two banks that allow cardholders to convert their points and equivalent miles into QFF Points are Citibank and DBS. However, I do not personally see much value in converting your DBS Points into QFF Points unless you are departing from a major Australian city. With that being said, having QFF Points does open up a number of interesting redemptions that could be fun to do:
Hong Kong to Taipei on Cathay Pacific First Class (One-way): 26,000 QFF Points
Singapore to Melbourne on Emirates First Class (One-way): 90,000 QFF Points
Singapore to Melbourne on Qantas Business Class (One-way): 60,000 QFF Points
If you find yourself in need of more QFF Points along the way, remember that you can now earn QFF Points on Mileslife as well - if you do not already have an account, sign-up using 'SHUTTERWHALE' and you will receive 1,000 bonus miles after making your first eligible transaction.
