American Express Singapore Airlines Mobile Wallet Offer Stacking with 'Daily Essentials' - up to 7.3 Miles per Dollar!
American Express has unveiled a list of participating merchants where holders of the American Express Singapore Airlines Credit Cards can earn additional miles every month. You might remember that there was an offer that was release a number of weeks back that allows eligible cardholders to earn 4 bonus KrisFlyer miles per S$1 spent with mobile wallets - I visited Watsons the other day to find out if both of these promotions stack.

After spending S$30 at Watsons using my American Express Singapore Airlines Ascend Credit Card the other day, I can confirm that a total of 216 KrisFlyer miles have been deposited into my account - this is equivalent to 7.2 (1.2 + 2.0 + 4.0) miles per dollar. This expense also went towards the S$6,000 that I have to hit this quarter to trigger the Welcome Bonus of 15,000 KrisFlyer Miles. Most American Express credit cards (include the Platinum Charge Card) have a lower earn rate but the perks, promotions and customer service does help to justify for it.
