American Express Welcomes Both Fullerton Hotels in Singapore into Love Dining Programme - up to 50% off Total Food Bill for Platinum Members

Last week, I mentioned that Basilico at Regent Singapore is now part of the American Express Love Dining programme where Platinum Members can enjoy up to 50% discount off the total food bill. According to an EDM sent out by American Express on Friday, participating restaurants located within The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore have been added to the Love Dining @ Hotels program and Platinum Members can enjoy the same dining perks when paying with an eligible Platinum card.

A total of six new restaurants have been added to the American Express Love Dining @ Hotels program across the two Fullerton properties. I really enjoyed the food at Jade when it was refreshed back in 2017 but I have not been back since late 2018 so I can’t be sure if the quality of food still holds.

You may remember that Standard Chartered used to have a Fullerton Dining Promotion where eligible Visa Infinite Credit Cardholders got to enjoy up to 50% off the total food bill across participating outlets. According to the latest terms and conditions online, it appears that this partnership has not been renewed but I am not certain whether this is due to a lack of updates or a real cessation of benefit.

While Platinum Members are now able to save up to 50% off the total dining bill across participating outlets in both Fullerton properties, certain buffets and meal periods are excluded - the previous Fullerton Dining Promotion that Standard Chartered ran actually included things like Afternoon Tea at The Courtyard (making it one of the cheapest afternoon teas in Singapore) but the Love Dining benefit seems to extend only to the a la carte menu.
