Fast Track to KrisFlyer Elite Gold and Get 3,000 Bonus Miles with S$5,000 Spend on AmEx KrisFlyer Ascend Card - Valid for New and Existing Cardholders (28 Jan to 28 Feb 2021)
From 28 January to 28 February 2021, holders of the American Express Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Ascend Credit Card (existing and new cardholders are eligible) can enjoy a fast track to the KrisFlyer Elite Gold Membership tier by charging a minimum of S$5,000 (at least S$300 must be spent on singaporeair.com, flyscoot.com or KrisShop) during the aforementioned period. Additionally, American Express Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Ascend Credit Card Members will also receive an additional 3,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles upon meeting this requirement.
The American Express Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Ascend Credit Card awards 1.2 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent on all eligible purchases. Members can also earn bonus KrisFlyer Miles on eligible Grab transactions as well as eligible purchases made with the Singapore Airlines Group and foreign currency spend during June and December each year. Previously, members were able to enjoy an accelerated upgrade to KrisFlyer Elite Gold (Star Alliance Gold) membership tier if they spend at least S$15,000 on their card at singaporeair.com within the first 12 months of card membership but under this new promotion, they will be able to achieve the same with just S$5,000 spend during the promotional period.

A minimum of S$5,000 must be charged to the American Express Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Ascend Credit Card between 28 January 2021 and 28 February 2021 and this must include a minimum spend of S$300 at singaporeair.com, flyscoot.com, or KrisShop. In addition to the KrisFlyer Elite Gold membership, cardholders who satisfy the requirements will also receive an additional 3,000 bonus KrisFlyer Miles - this will increase your general earn rate on this card to at least 1.8 miles per dollar on your first S$5,000 spend (making it the best general spend credit card in Singapore for this period).
Card Members who meet the aforementioned criteria will have their KrisFlyer membership tier upgraded to KrisFlyer Elite Gold 8-10 weeks after the campaign ends on 28 February 2021 and the status will be valid for one year from the date of upgrade.
