Sunday Brunch at The St. Regis Singapore (Brasserie Les Saveurs)

Sunday Brunch (or more commonly known as Champagne Brunch) in Singapore is a lavish affair and one that many people indulge in from time to time. I recently spent a luxurious weekend at The St. Regis Singapore and took the opportunity to check out the lavish Sunday Brunch at Brasserie Les Saveurs (BLS). While there are no lack of Sunday Brunches in this Lion City, BLS truly offers a rather extravagant one that you can't really get elsewhere.

Quite recently, I have had the privilege of checking out the Mezza9 Sunday Brunch (or more affectionately known as the Champagne Brunch for those of us who drink) at the Grand Hyatt Singapore. Sunday Brunch at Mezza9 is a lavish affair (especially if you have opted for the free-flowing Perrier-Jouët Champagne option) and it begins and ends at 11:30AM and 3:00PM respectively. The dynamic dining venue allows a diner to indulge in up to nine different dining experiences. Check out my review of the Grand Hyatt Singapore's Sunday Brunch.

Pool Grill at the Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel

Al fresco dining is often not as popular amongst us locals in Singapore but if there's one place I have to choose, it has to be the redesigned Pool Grill on Level Five of the Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel. I stayed at the Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel last year during the Christmas season and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of accommodation - particularly 4 hours of unlimited alcohol in the evening. During my latest stay in one of the beautifully-appointed Pool Terraces, I decided to drop by the Pool Grill since it has a brand new à la carte, brunch and set menus.
