Back in July 2015, Park Hotel Group has officially announced the opening of Park Hotel Alexandra and since then, The Carvery (which is located within the hotel) has gained quite a bit of attention for serving great quality meats at an affordable price. The Park Hotel Alexandra is located next to the iconic IKEA along Alexandra Road with pretty impressive and somewhat unobstructed views if you are on the higher floors.
