If there's anything that should be on your Christmas menu this year, it has got to be the Christmas Snow White where roasted pistachio genoa meets strawberry compote, apple confit and cream cheese Normandy mousse. Rather have something a little more traditional? Opt for the traditional Christmas Red Velvet Fruit Cake that is topped with Christmas spices, butter cream and candied orange. Christmas is drawing near and the Conrad Centennial Singapore is partnering up with the Association for Persons with Special Needs (APSN) for a little bit of Christmas magic this year. The "Adopt a Conrad Bear” campaign is taking place today and will last until 11 January 2016 where over 440 pieces of the signature Conrad plush bears will be made available for the public to adopt at a suggested donation amount (feel free to give more than what is recommended!). Do note that this is the last chance that the Conrad Bear can be purchased as they will no longer be produced starting 2016 (I do hope the ones in the room stays on though!).
