From 27 May to 19 June 2016, indulge in unlimited servings of lobster at PARKROYAL on Pickering's signature all-day dining restaurant, Lime on a daily basis! Following that, Lobsterfest will happen every Wednesday and Thursday evening as part of the regular feature at Lime until 01 December 2016.
Diners at Lime will be able to feast on a variety of Asian and Western flavours as Executive Chef Deepak whips up a medley of Maine lobster dishes. Highlights from Lime Lobsterfest includes the Maine lobster thermidor with persillade crust as well as the Maine lobster with truffled hollandaise and espelette. Your craving for unlimited servings of lobster does not (and should not) stop there - indulge in the poached lobster with Marie rose sauce, and lobster salad with exotic vegetables and wasabi aioli. Other notable lobster dishes include:
- Pass-around Lobster Mac and Cheese with Truffle Salsa
- Lobster Bisque-based Risotto with Mascarpone and Lobster Meat
- Singapore Laksa with Lobster
- Singapore Chilli Lobster
- Black Pepper Lobster
- Maine Lobster with Salted Eggs
While the lobsters do take center stage at Lime, spoil yourself further with six different types of international cheeses, fresh sushi and sashimi, rotisserie chicken and other Western dishes. For a sweet ending, wash down all that lobster-indulgence with shots of durian pengat, assorted Nonya kuehs, Belgian chocolate or discover your inner-child at the iconic chocolate fondue fountain.

The premature ending of the 4 miles per dollar promotion on mobile payments has left a bad taste in my mouth. In fact, I personally know of a handful of cardholders who decided to cancel the OCBC Titanium Rewards Card just because of that. This morning, I noticed that the very same card is offering 30 OCBC$ (equivalent to 12 Miles) per S$1 spent on ShopperBoard from 1-28 October 2018 - this is capped at S$1,000 which means the most you can earn from this promotion is 30,000 OCBC$ or 12,000 Miles.
