Indulge in quality Japanese-cuisine and indulge in a dash of sparkle at the Pan Pacific Singapore's Keyaki. The newly refreshed kaiseki-style Bubbly Brunch is available every weekend and public holiday from 11:30AM to 2:30PM. The carefully-curated menu consists of 40 different items and it includes a selection of perennial Japanese culinary favourites and 20 new dishes specially created by Master Chef Hiroshi Ishii (石井博).
The okonomi-style Bubbly Brunch will allow diners to customise a dining experience of eight carefully-presented courses. There is also an option to include unlimited Laurent Perrier Brut NV Champagne, Mio Sparkling Sake, Akazaru Sparkling Shochu, Manzairaki Kaga Umeshu Soda, Tiger Beer, Red and White Wines to this lunch for a supplement of S$60++ per adult.
The refreshed menu includes 20 new dishes such as Grilled Salmon with Soy Milk Skin, involving a delicate preparation process where the rich proteins are retained in the skin of the soy milk. One of the signature dishes on Keyaki’s a la carte menu is now available during the Bubbly Brunch, the Inaniwa Udon from Akita Prefecture. It is thinner and smoother than other Udon noodles, making it a delightful treat. The Steamed Oysters topped with Tofu Refuse, balances the briny taste of the fresh oysters with an ingredient typically used in traditional Japanese cuisine, the pulp from the soy milk and tofu to give this dish a textured finish. The hearty Simmered Beef and Vegetables with Sukiyaki Sauce in ‘Yanagawa’ Style dish highlights the robust flavours of the dashi.
