Slated to open in October 2017, the Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena is one of the newest hotels that will be opening in Singapore this year. The hotel will occupy the 22nd to 33rd floor of the Royal Square @ Novena which is a mixed-used development building that is directly linked to the Novena MRT Station. At the time of writing, the property is taking reservations from 01 November 2017 and it is possibly the lowest-priced Marriott property (excluding Starwood Hotels & Resorts properties) in Singapore.
According to the information that is made available on the website, all the rooms will have the same size (22sqm) but I would imagine the Executive Corner room to be bigger than the regular Executive Rooms since it appears to have a sofa (possibly a sofa bed?) by the window. Here are the Regular Rates (flexible) for each room type and Advantage Purchase rates are typically 15% (20% for Marriott Rewards members) off the rates below:
- Deluxe (City View) - S$280++
- Deluxe Greenery (City View) - S$300++
- Premier Skyline (Skyline View) - S$320++
- Executive (Skyline View) - S$360++
- Executive Corner (Skyline View) - S$400++
The Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena is currently categorised as a Category 7 hotel - the Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel and the JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach are both Category 8 properties.

There has been a number of exciting changes for Regent Singapore this year - the management agreement with Four Seasons was not extended for 2019 (the official last day was 31 December 2018) and the Potiac Land Group (who owns the property) has appointed Capella Hotel Group to manage the hotel this year.
