Pinnacle Hotel to become Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon - Opening on 01 January 2019?
So it appears that Singapore will be getting another Holiday Inn Express property at the beginning of next year - I only realised this when I was trying to book the InterContinental Singapore (again!) for a future stay. The Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon will become Singapore's fourth Holiday Inn Express property and it appears that it will be taking over the existing Pinnacle Hotel based on the address.

The image renders of the room (albeit low in image quality) look pretty good to be honest and I would imagine that the interiors of the existing Pinnacle Hotel will be gutted out at some point.

Based on the location of the Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon, I would expect it to command the lowest price point amongst all Holiday Inn Express properties in Singapore (with the exception of special and blackout dates, of course) or it should hover somewhere between whatever Holiday Inn Express Katong Singapore is charging.
