ChopeDeals Discount Code Now Require Minimum Spend - Monthly Cap Introduced on Redemption
Chope made a number of changes on 01 November 2019 and these include the discontinuation of S$10, S$20 and S$30 specific-restaurant vouchers (which you should not be utilising for maximum value anyway), as well as the introduction of new ChopeDeals Discount Codes with one important change - the new discount codes, require a minimum spend.

Previously, Chope members were able to redeem for a S$30 ChopeDeals Discount Code (which they can then use to purchase ChopeDeals Vouchers) for 1,000 Chope-Dollars. Even though there are more options now, each one of these discount codes will require a minimum spend:
S$10 ChopeDeals Discount Code (Min. Spend of S$20) - 400 Chope-Dollars
S$20 ChopeDeals Discount Code (Min. Spend of S$30) - 700 Chope-Dollars
S$30 ChopeDeals Discount Code (Min. Spend of S$45) - 1,000 Chope-Dollars
Additionally, you will only be able to redeem each one of these ChopeDeals Discount Codes once per month - that means that the maximum number of Chope-Dollars you can spend on ChopeDeals Discount Codes each month is 2,100 Chope-Dollars. This is similar to the cap that Chope has implemented on the KrisFlyer Miles redemption - you can only redeem 1,200 Chope-Dollars for 1,000 KrisFlyer Miles once per calendar month. Any existing restaurant vouchers that you have already redeemed before 1 November 2019, can still be used until their respective expiry dates.
