Additionally, you must not have been (or cancelled) any DBS or POSB cards as a principal cardholder in the last 12 months. So long you satisfy both requirements, you will be eligible for the S$200 cashback (no minimum spend required) when you apply for any one of the listed credit cards in this article using the promo code 'FLASH200' between 5-19 June 2020 - no minimum spend is required!
DBS Woman's World Card - 4 Miles per Dollar on Online Spend
The DBS Woman's World Card is easily one of the best credit cards in Singapore for miles - it allows you to earn 4 miles per dollar on all eligible online transactions. Regardless of whether you plan to take advantage of the S$200 cashback or not, you should definitely hold the DBS Woman's World Card if you are serious about earning miles (yes, even if you are a man!). There are only a handful of credit cards in Singapore that will allow you to earn 4 miles per dollar on eligible expenses and the DBS Woman's World Card is quite possibly the best out of this lot.
Do note that the bonus earn rate of 4 miles per dollar is capped at S$2,000 each statement month and the transactions will have to be processed online in order to earn this accelerated rate. Spending S$2,000 each month on the DBS Woman's World Card can potentially give you 96,000 miles (assuming an earn rate of 4 miles per dollar) at the end of the year which is sufficient for a return-trip to Japan or Korea in Business Class on Singapore Airlines.

DBS Altitude Visa Card - 3 Miles per Dollar on Online Travel Transactions
The DBS Altitude Visa Card is a general spending credit card (check out the differences between a general- and dedicated- spend credit card) on steroids - apart from earning 1.2/2.0 miles per dollar on local/foreign currency transactions, you can also earn 3 miles per dollar on all online flight and hotel transactions (capped at S$5,000 each month) which is fantastic if you are a frequent traveller. You can also earn 10 miles per dollar when you make hotel reservations on Kaligo using the DBS Altitude Visa Card with no monthly cap on the number of miles you can earn!
The DBS Points that you earn on the DBS Altitude Visa Card also pools together with those that you earn on the DBS Woman's World Card and this makes it easier when you want to convert your DBS Points into miles (you also pay the conversion fees only once even though there are two cards). While a credit card that gives bonus miles on all online flight and hotel transactions may not seem useful for now, it can be a really good card to have when things are back to normal (especially when the situation calls for it). Sure, the DBS Woman's World Card gives you 4 miles per dollar but that bonus is capped after S$2,000 each statement month. The DBS Altitude Visa Card, on the other hand, allows you to earn 3 miles per dollar on online travel expenses with a much higher bonus cap of S$5,000. As a quick example, if you are dropping S$5,000 on a Business Class flight, charging it to the DBS Altitude Visa Card instead of the DBS Woman's World Card will earn you 15,000 miles (63% more!) instead of 9,200 miles.

DBS Live Fresh Card - 5% Cash Rebate on Online and Contactless Transactions (Capped at S$40 Each Month)
The DBS Live Fresh Card was a pretty cool credit card for its time. It appeals to a younger crowd and it offers up to 10% cashback on online and contactless spend (including SimplyGo rides) if you are amongst the first 10,000 successful applicants for this promotion. Howvever, on a regular basis, the DBS Live Fresh Card allows you to earn up to 5% cashback on the aforementioned categories and 0.3% cashback for everything else with a minimum spend of S$600 each month. The monthly cap on cashback is capped at S$60 each month:
S$20 on eligible Online Spend from spending S$400 (5% cashback)
S$20 on eligible Visa Contactless Spend from spending S$400 (5% cashback)
S$20 on all other spend from spending S$6,666.67 (0.3% cashback)
Honestly, if you are using the DBS Live Fresh Card for just online spend and contactless spend, getting S$40 from spending S$800 (essentially a 5% cashback) is not terrible (do note that a minimum spend of S$600 is required) but the 0.3% cash rebate on everything else is extremely unattractive otherwise. If you are looking for a simple cashback card that allows you to earn a decent cashback rate on all eligible expenses (regardless of category), there are other cards in the market that does not require an minimum spend and does not impose a cap on maximum cash rebates each month.

POSB Everyday Card - Up to 15% Cash Rebate but It Gets Complicated
The POSB Everyday Card is not a card for miles but it is a really popular cashback credit card in Singapore. It allows you to earn up to 15% cash rebate on daily essentials if you are amongst the first 40,000 to register for the promotion (which will end on 30 June 2020). However, due to the exclusions and limitations on the amount of cash rebates you can earn with this card, I highly recommend that you give the POSB Everyday Card a miss. If you really want a cashback credit card, there are credit cards in Singapore that will give you up to 1.6% cashback with no cap and no minimum spend required.
While the POSB Everyday Card looks great on paper (offering up to 15% cashback on online food delivery and online food catering), the reality of this card when you go through the terms and conditions is rather limited (e.g. cash rebate of utility bills capped at S$1 per calendar month).

DBS Woman's Card - 2 Miles per Dollar on Online Spend
Commonly mistaken as the DBS Woman's World Card, the DBS Woman's Card is actually a less-impressive version that offers up to 2 miles per dollar on eligible online spend. While this card requires a lower annual income requirement, you are much better off with the DBS Woman's World Card (which comes with an annual income requirement of S$80,000 but this is not a strict requirement and I highly recommend that you try applying for it even if you do not meet the requirements anyway).

Be sure to sign-up for the aforementioned credit cards using the 'FLASH200' promo code between 5-19 June 2020. The S$200 Cashback will be credited to the Card account by the end of 150 days from the date of Card approval for all eligible applicants. In my opinion, everyone who is serious about earning miles from credit card should apply for the DBS Woman's World Card and the DBS Altitude Visa Card.
