Singapore Airlines to Integrate Corporate Travel Programme under HighFlyer Brand with New Tiers and Redemption Options
Singapore Airlines will integrate all existing corporate travel programmes under the HighFlyer brand from 01 September 2021, offering greater value, benefits and options for corporate customers from businesses of different sizes. With the integration of the SIA Corporate Travel Programme, new features will be introduced while all existing benefits that are current available across both programmes with be retained in the consolidated HighFlyer brand.
At the time of writing, the HighFlyer programme caters to small and medium enterprises - if you are a small business owner, I highly recommend that you get the American Express Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card as there is currently an annual fee waiver for the first year - it also comes with a free hotel stay, an Accor Plus membership (worth S$408), the opportunity to earn 8.5 miles per dollar, as well as a S$300 statement credit offer.
The enhanced HighFlyer program will include more eligible booking classes for HighFlyer points accrual on non-corporate discounted flights, as well as rewards for reaching specific milestones in customer spend. There will also be more ways to earn HighFlyer points, and more options for members to redeem them on non-air partners such as hotels and car rental services which are relevant to business travel needs. The revamped HighFlyer programme will be available in all countries with four tiers - HighFlyer, HighFlyer Silver, HighFlyer Gold, and HighFlyer Platinum.
The basic HighFlyer entry tier will be free to enrol, while the Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers will have annual minimum spend requirements. Eligible customers will be able to enjoy priority services on their travel, including priority reservation waitlist and airport standby.
TRIBE Living Bangkok Sukhumvit 39 is a great value choice for budget-conscious travelers but its slightly longer walk from Phrom Phong BTS Station may make it less convenient compared to more accessible (but pricier) options in the area.
