I have recently completed an amazing stay at the W Taipei where I was upgraded into a Marvelous Suite as a Platinum Elite member. However, when I looked at my Marriott Bonvoy account this morning, I realised that the points posted here approximately 14% lower than what I was expecting - it is always a good idea to calculate an estimated ballpark figure for the number of points you will earn from each stay and then reconcile it afterwards.

You Can Now Convert Your DBS Points into Qantas Frequent Flyer Points - Where Could You Go?
Most credit cards points and equivalent miles convert mostly to KrisFlyer (KF) Miles and Asia Miles (AM) in Singapore. It appears that DBS has added Qantas Frequent Flyer (QFF) as a Point Transfer Partner - members can convert their DBS Points into QFF Points at the same rate as KF and AM (5,000 DBS Points = 10,000 Miles).

OCBC Adjusts Salary Bonus Interest on 360 Account to 2.0% (from 1.5%) for Balances Between S$35,000 and S$70,000
OCBC introduced some changes to the 360 Account back in November 2018 and one month after the new changes took effect, the bank awarded a bonus interest of 2.0% (instead of the 1.6% which was initially advertised) on balances between S$35,000 and S$70,000. This promotional interest rate was supposed to end after March 2019 but it appears that the bank has now made this positive change permanent.
OCBC VOYAGE Reduces Minimum Spend for Free Limousine Ride from S$3,000 to S$1,500 for Foreign Currency Transactions
OCBC has just updated their website to enhance the limousine benefit for OCBC VOYAGE cardholders (this is actually a real enhancement so good job OCBC!) - cardholders are now able to unlock a free limousine ride by spending just S$1,500 (instead of S$3,000) in a currency other than SGD each month!
