National Day Brunch at Ash & Elm
Be amongst the first 51 diners at Ash & Elm (InterContinental Singapore) on National Day (09 August 2016) and pay a celebratory price of just S$51++ for the National Day Brunch experience. Indulge in signature highlights from the European restaurant’s three culinary theatres – the Charcuterie & Cheese Room, Wood-Fired Oven and Charcoal Grill, and a selection of sumptuously fresh seafood including freshly-shucked oysters, live prawns and Boston Lobster, cheeses from around the world, as well as house-made pâté, rillettes and a collection of house-cured meats, perfectly complemented by freshly-baked flat breads from the Wood-Fired Oven. At the ‘live’carving station, partake in hearty roasts and glorious servings of the Slow-baked Norwegian Salmon, alongside unlimited helpings of small plates such as Braised Beef Cheek, Chargrilled Iberico Pork Loin and Boston Lobster Risotto, all served a la minute. A free-flowing Champagne option (S$138++) is also available.
Dim Sum Buffet at Man Fu Yuan
If Western brunches are not your kind of thing, feast on a selection of over 40 dishes at the award-winning Man Fu Yuan for just S$51++ per person on National Day. Dim Sum Chef Simon Poon will serve up a menu of Chinese creations, with highlights from Man Fu Yuan’s signature dishes, delicately handcrafted dim sum, appetisers and desserts.
A treat for both the eyes and the palate, look forward to nourishing soups such as Braised Beancurd with Fish Maw and Shredded Chicken in Thick Broth, dim sum such as the Minced Pork Dumpling with Scallops, Crystal Dumpling with Preserved Vegetables, Minced Lotus Root Cake as well as other highlights including Drunken Chicken with Hua Diao and Rose Dew Wine and Fried Vermicelli with Seafood. In addition, all diners will each enjoy a serving of Braised Eight-Head Abalone with Garden Greens in Oyster Sauce. Not to be missed are desserts such as Chilled Cream of Mango Sago, Almond Cream with Lotus Seedsas well as Red Bean Soup with Glutinous Rice Ball.
