Yum Cha Festival (August 2017) at Conrad Bali including Guest Chef Simon Leung from Conrad Beijing
Conrad Bali will be presenting a limited-time "Yum Cha Festival" in August 2017 which will showcase unique steamed and fried gourmet dim sums and Peking duck at the Suku Restaurant (which is located in Conrad Bali Suites.), its all-day-dining restaurant and also Azure, pool-side bar. The buffet spread will also feature dishes prepared by Chinese Executive Chef Simon Leung of Conrad Beijing.
As part of the Yum Cha Festival, the special menu will feature classic dim sum dishes like Shrimp Dumplings and Chicken Siew Mai as well as specially-created Balinese inspired dishes like the babi guling puff, chicken siomay with bumbu wangen as well as chicken feet with betutu spices. For those who would like to try a little bit of everything, Conrad Bali's free-flow dim sum will take care of guests’ every craving at IDR 288,000++ per person with complimentary hot and/or cold Chinese tea at lunch and dinner.
For dinner, guests may also savor the Peking Duck, roasted in a wood-fired oven, at IDR 220,000++ per half duck or IDR 400,000++ for the whole duck.
