Communicate with a Digital Concierge at Andaz Singapore with ConcierGO
In partnership with Vouch, Andaz Singapore is the first hotel in Singapore to launch the ConcierGO program (supported by the Singapore Tourism Board) which is a chatbot system that allows hotel guests to receive personalised response and recommendations based on their interests. This development is part of the STB's Tourism Innovation Challenge and it is in response to the challenges faced by hotel and travel agency industries.

Currently, ConcierGO is able to assist the team in answering everyday queries about the hotel but more importantly, it serves as a guide in providing curated tours and recommendations for various food haunts and interesting activities in the neighborhood. Phase two of the project will see the chatbot managing guests’ basic room requests through an integration with the hotel’s direct logistics system.
“Andaz Singapore has always believed in providing a fresh perspective for our guests. Being the first hotel in Singapore to implement the chatbot onto our social media platforms, we are creating a barrier-less environment for us to engage with guests and potential guests alike.”
