Kempinski Hotels to operate The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore in Q4 2018
After a series of monumental delays, Perennial Real Estate Holdings has finally appointed Kempinski Hotels S.A. to operate the The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore which is slated to open in September this year (the full range of service to follow in Q4). Housed in the restored Capitol Building and Stamford House, the property will offer 157 guest rooms and suites - it will also feature a leading international restaurant under the helm of a Michelin-starred chef.
This luxury lifestyle hotel is part of three heritage buildings - Capitol Singapore houses the shopping and dining destination Capitol Piazza, the iconic Capitol Theatre, the Eden Residences Capitol luxury apartments, as well as the upcoming The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore, which will be Kempinski’s flagship hotel in Singapore.
