Golden Peony at the Conrad Centennial Singapore unveils New Dim Sum Menu

Chef Ku at Golden Peony (Conrad Centennial Singapore) has just unveiled a brand new selection of dim sum items for both weekday lunches as well as weekend brunches. The new array of dim sum is created to showcase both traditional Cantonese as well as local flavours. Family dining with children will also be delighted to find a handful of specially-created items for the restaurant’s younger guests.

Available from Mondays to Fridays from 11:30AM to 2:30PM, the weekday dim sum menu features new entries like the Steamed Dace Fish Balls, Abalone Dumpling (Siew Mai) with Gold Flakes, Deep-fried Filo Pastry with Sea Perch and Fresh Mango as well as Spring Rolls filled with Shredded Salt Baked Chicken.

On weekends, savour an extensive selection of dim sum items as an alternative to the typical brunch. Be spoilt for choice with new additions such as the Crystal Shrimp Dumpling, Chilli Crab Meat Taro Pastry, Century Egg Shrimp Paste Bread Crumbs and ‘Hong Kong’ traditional sponge cake with olive seed. Indulge the little ones with dainty animal-shaped treats which includes Shrimp Toast in the shape of a turtle, Egg Custard Bun fashioned as a piglet, Mushroom with Bamboo Pith Bun made to resemble cat, Chicken Bun that looks like a porcupine as well as Snow White with Green Tea Paste rabbits!
